Independence Day, August 15th 2026

The Independence Day has a special place in the heart of every Indian. It symbolizes not only the celebration of decades of freedom but also carries an emphatic message about the progressive future of our country. A vibrant cultural program marked the 80th Independence Day celebration on 15th August 2026 at Gnan Srishti School of Excellence with a special assembly. Flag hoisting was followed by musical renditions, captivating dance performances, and a thought-provoking skit performed by the students, adding to the patriotic fervor in the air that day. The day's events were full of patriotism and enthusiasm, kindling a sense of love for our country within our students. It also reminded us of the immense sacrifices of those who gave their lives for India's freedom. The celebration ended with a thoughtful address by our Principal, Mrs. Lolita Banerji Mony, reminding us of the importance of this day and to cherish the independence our freedom fighters gave us.
